They will be responsible for providing direct services to beneficiaries, engaging with families and community stakeholders, and ensuring accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing direct social work services to individuals and families within the community.
• Conducting needs assessments and developing individualized support plans.
• Facilitating group sessions and community outreach activities.
• Collaborating with other project staff and partner organizations.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of all activities and outcomes.
• Contributing to project reporting and monitoring.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field.
• Fluency in Afan Oromo, English and Amharic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in social work, community development, or a related field.
