Senior System Auditing Quality Controller

• Ensures that the quality systems of certification and inspection are implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 17025 and ISO 17065 standards and as per the systems established by the quality assurance manager and top management;
• Coordinates, supervises and audits the quality activities of certification and inspection as per the company plans and quality assurance manager’ directions;
• Records, analyses and prepares reportson the performance of the qualitysystems of certification and inspection on regular basis;
• Coordinates, supervises and audits the implementation of quality assurance programs of certification and inspection, specifically internal audit program, training plan, internal and external quality assurance programs, impurity determination and grading, customer feedback assessment programs, product and service suppliers selection and approval programs and other programs which will be established and reviewed from time to time;
• Assists the quality assurance manager in establishing quality systems, quality assurance programs, equipment calibration programs, preventive action programs and improvement programs;
• Coordinates and follows up of the document distribution system established by the company for certification and inspection and ensures the distribution of current versions;
• Coordinates and participates in the activities of non-conformance resolutions of certification and inspection, including identification of root causes for non-conformances through internal audits, external assessments, customer complaints and other ways;ensures the implementation of corrective action;
• Respects, follows and complies with the organization’s code of conduct; and
• Performs any other related tasks as assigned by the department manager.
