Positive Action for Development (PAD) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its team as a Field MERL Officer for an EHF-funded project based in Afar Region
The Field MERL Officer supports monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities at field level. The role involves collecting and verifying project data, tracking indicators, documenting results, supporting assessments, and ensuring timely reporting. The officer works closely with program teams to improve performance, promote accountability, and capture lessons learned for adaptive project implementation.
Qualification:
Work Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning in development or humanitarian projects.
