Attendance Management

• Strong ability to manage and monitor employee attendance records efficiently.

• Ability to research and analyze job tasks to create accurate and detailed job descriptions.

Recruitment

• Experience in managing the full recruitment and hiring process.

Policy Development

• Skill in creating and implementing comprehensive employee manuals and HR policies.

This role requires managing a wide range of responsibilities,

• We are looking for a strong, agile individual with 3- 5 years of experience to lead our HR department.
