Business Analyst

Haron Computers, one of the largest tech companies in Ethiopia with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Business Analyst for our commercial software division. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to help develop and enhance software products designed for merchants. The ideal candidate will be a key link between our business goals and the needs of our clients, ensuring our products are both valuable and user-friendly.

This role involves analyzing market trends, gathering requirements directly from merchants, and collaborating with our product and engineering teams. You’ll translate user feedback and business objectives into clear product features and technical specifications. Your ability to understand the merchant’s perspective and contribute to a successful product roadmap will be crucial to our continued growth.

Product Documentation

• Strong ability to create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and technical
  specifications.

Product Feature Definition

• Skill in translating business needs into clear and actionable product features for development
  teams.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Excellent communication to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Market And User Analysis

• Proficient in analyzing user behavior and market data to inform product decisions.

Client Requirements Analysis
