Eligibility: Open only to Ethiopian nationals who are based in Addis Ababa.
CCRDA is seeking a Sensitive Feedback Lead to support the implementation of the Talk to Loop platform in Ethiopia. The position will be hosted at the CCRDA office in Addis Ababa.
The Sensitive Feedback Lead will review, categorize, and manage feedback submitted to the Loop platform, ensuring submissions are handled safely, confidentially, and in a timely manner. The role requires strong contextual knowledge of the Ethiopian humanitarian and development landscape, excellent language skills, and the ability to identify sensitive protection concerns.
The Sensitive Feedback Lead will collaborate closely with CCRDA and global Talk to Loop colleagues to ensure effective integration of the platform in Ethiopia and uphold high standards of accountability and community engagement.
This position offers a meaningful opportunity to strengthen community voice, promote transparency, and contribute to more responsive humanitarian and development programming. The role may include rotational weekend or holiday coverage. Opportunities for professional growth may include engagement in communications, monitoring and evaluation, and protection-related work

Ethiopia Sensitive Feedback Lead will lead the Ethiopia Loop team and ensure cases related to gender-based violence, child protection, safeguarding, aid diversion, fraud, corruption, and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) are handled promptly, confidentially, and in line with global protocols.
In this role, you will:
Strategically, you will position Loop as a trusted and inclusive platform, ensuring that marginalised voices, including minorities, persons with disabilities, and survivors of SEA—are heard and responded to. You will also identify opportunities to expand Loop’s reach through local networks and protection partners. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen community accountability, advocate for change through community-led evidence, and help shape more responsive and transparent humanitarian and development systems in Ethiopia.
