Call for: Supply of IT Equipment Project: SECOND LIFE AID

CIFA ETS is launching a restricted procurement procedure for the supply of IT equipment under the framework of the project “SECOND LIFE”, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).

Subject of the contract:

We are seeking qualified suppliers to provide the following equipment:

• 7 Laptop computers
• 2 Multifunction printers (print/scan/copy)
• 1 Conference video camera

This call is part of a restricted procedure in compliance with PRAG rules. Interested companies are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Only shortlisted candidates will receive the full tender dossier and be invited to submit a detailed offer.

• Company profile
• Copy of valid business license
• TIN certificate
• List of relevant references
• Basic financial information

Who can apply:

Participation is open to companies legally registered in Ethiopia and authorized to supply IT equipment. Applicants must: – Be legally registered – Not be in exclusion situations (bankruptcy, fraud, corruption, etc.) – Have no conflict of interest

Selection criteria

Interested applicants must demonstrate:

Professional Capacity

• Valid trade license in IT supply
• TIN certificate
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Economic and Financial Capacity
  • Average annual turnover (last 2 years): minimum ETB 2,000,000
• Technical Capacity
  • At least 2 similar contracts in last 3 years
  • Proven after-sales support and service in Ethiopia
