Call for Event Organizers for LIWAY supported and implemented Digital interventions

The event organizer is expected to handle the following assignments.

• Venue Arrangement: Securing a suitable venue that accommodates all activities and participants comfortably.
• Event Promotion: Developing and executing a marketing plan to promote the event through various channels, ensuring maximum visibility and participation.
• Logistical Coordination: Managing all logistical aspects of the event, including seating arrangements, equipment setup, and catering services.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all aspects of the two-day event are arranged with high quality, including sound, lighting, and overall event experience.
• Panel and Discussion Facilitation: Coordinating panel discussions, ensuring knowledgeable speakers are engaged and that discussions run smoothly.
• On-Site Support: Providing on-site staff to assist with registration, information dissemination, and addressing participant inquiries.
• Feedback Collection: Implementing mechanisms to gather feedback from participants to assess the event’s impact and areas for improvement.

Proven experience in event organizing, particularly digital sector events preferably knowhow of MSD and PSD.

Demonstrates a clear understanding of the assignment’s objectives and scope. The proposed methodology is sound, and the work plan is clear, detailed, and logical.

The proposed team is multi-disciplinary and possesses the required technical expertise to cover all facets of the assignment. CVs of the proposed team members clearly demonstrate the necessary experience.
