Terms of Reference (ToR): Individual Consulting Firm Service Provider – Capacity Building Training Program for HRNS-Ethiopia Staff

Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung (HRNS) – Ethiopia invites qualified individual consulting firms or professional trainers to deliver a series of two-day capacity-building trainings for its staff as part of the organization’s development plan for December 2025.

The trainings are designed for different staff categories and will focus on the following thematic areas:

• Strategic and Transformational Leadership for Organizational Excellence
• Programmatic Management and Operational Excellence
• Financial Accountability and Digital Efficiency

All trainings are structured for two days each, emphasizing practical, participatory, and results-oriented learning tailored to HRNS-Ethiopia’s operational context.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering similar trainings for INGOs or development organizations
• Expertise in one or more of the above thematic areas
• Strong facilitation, communication, and adult learning skills

Interested and eligible firms or trainers are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, including CVs and relevant experience.
