Job Description

Develop a strategic framework aligned with the Power for Food Partnership Theory of Change in Ethiopia and Partnership’s pathways of LEARN–LINK–LEVERAGE.
Identify key target audiences and develop tailored engagement approaches and value
propositions for each group, ensuring messages are relevant, evidence-based, and aligned with their interests and the Partnership’s influencing priorities. Develop an actionable implementation plan and content calendar.
Recommend monitoring indicators and tools to measure communication reach, engagement, and learning uptake.

Advanced degree (master’s or above) in Communication, Journalism,

Development Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or related social sciences.

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for development or multi-country programmes.
