Job Description
- Develop a strategic framework aligned with the Power for Food Partnership Theory of Change in Ethiopia and Partnership’s pathways of LEARN–LINK–LEVERAGE.
- Identify key target audiences and develop tailored engagement approaches and value
- propositions for each group, ensuring messages are relevant, evidence-based, and aligned with their interests and the Partnership’s influencing priorities. Develop an actionable implementation plan and content calendar.
- Recommend monitoring indicators and tools to measure communication reach, engagement, and learning uptake.

About You
| Advanced degree (master’s or above) in Communication, Journalism,
Development Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or related social sciences. |
| Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for development or multi-country programmes. |
