Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Waste Collection Supplies

PETCO Ethiopia invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of protective clothing and waste management supplies to support our new stablish SME for Different cluster.

1. Scope of Supply

The successful bidder will be required to provide the following items meeting the specified standards:

Bidders must provide the following documentation to be considered:

• Valid Business License and Tax Registration Certificate.
• Proven Experience in supplying similar PPE or industrial goods (at least 2-3 references).
• Sample Products: Physical samples may be requested during the technical evaluation phase.
• Delivery Timeline: Ability to deliver within 5 days of receiving the Purchase Order.

3. Submission Details

Interested parties must submit their financial and technical proposals in separate sealed envelopes.

• Deadline for Submission: Feb 25,2026, at 9:30.
• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened at PETCO Ethiopia Head office Located.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Awards will be based on a combination of Technical Compliance (quality of materials), Price Competitiveness, and Delivery Lead Time.
