Community Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster positive interactions with followers, building a loyal online community.
• Address customer inquiries and feedback via social media channels, escalating issues when necessary.

Performance Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

Collaboration and Teamwork:
