Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan man power needs.
• Plan training needs of departments.
• Shortlisting and facilitate interview and exam.
• Prepare job descriptions for all jobs including job specification.
• Revise the organizational structure.
• Prepare HR report.
• Receive/Handle grievances.
• Lead disciplinary hearing processes and prepare viable disciplinary measures.
• Conduct salary survey.
• Implement relevant performance appraisal system.
• Ensure performance management (KPI)
• Ensure employees personnel files are organized effectively.

• MA/BA degree on Human Resource, Management or Business administration.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience 4 years in a senior HR officer position.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
