We are seeking an experienced Female Gm Assistant (Executive Assistant) to join our organization.
Managing complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines, by booking rooms, setting reminders, and coordinating with internal and external parties.
Planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing necessary documentation.
Screening phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence by prioritizing and responding appropriately, sometimes drafting emails on behalf of the executive.
Preparing agendas, distributing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.
Creating, editing, and organizing documents, reports, presentations, and filing systems.
Processing and submitting expense reports for the executive
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating information and coordinating requests.
