Main Responsibility & Duties

A Real Estate Sales Consultant, or Property Consultant, provides clients with assistance throughout the buying and selling process of properties. A Real Estate Sales Consultant to negotiate the best deals for the clients and to facilitate the process of buying a property. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:

• Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
• Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
• Assessing a client’s property needs
• Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
• Analyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
• Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client’s properties
• Responsible for identifying potential customers.
• Regular Updating and Reporting of Sales Statues
• Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
• Acquisition of new clients
• Convince customers to purchase apartment from the company.
• Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.
• Promote the company’s good will for prospect customers
• Ensure that day to day activities are based on the company manual and procedure and make sure that are followed.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

– BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management Civil Engineering and other Related Field of study

Work Experiences:

– 2 years and above at Similar Position

Technical Competency

• Patience and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
• Ability to use a variety of software used in real estate
