Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, leverage, and continuously improve relevant monitoring dashboards & other reports, specific to the OPCO’s RTC transformation journey
• Actively support the Field Sales Team, Sales Leadership Team, & other commerce back-office teams with relevant reports/data for planning, in-field execution, and monitoring of major activities
• Provide training to relevant stakeholders on leveraging available reports to drive performance improvement
• Make relevant improvement recommendations (tools/solutions, processes & expected behaviours)
• Transfer standardized reports and dashboards to the Sales Reporting & Intelligence team for operational use.
• Make relevant RTC inputs during SP, ICP, AP & Business Review cycles
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests
• Perform other activities assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

Education

• A Degree certification (BSc or BA) in Arts or Science disciplines

Experience and skills

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics
• Proficiency reporting with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Proficiency with MS Power BI reporting
• Ability to analyse and present complex Sales, financial, and non-financial data in an organized, concise manner
• FMCG experience is an advantage
