Do you have experience  in relevant Supply and logistics management experience of 2 – 3 years, in an international NGO

Do you have experience in experience and training of supply and logistics management system soft wares.

The Role:

Oxfam {affiliate/} is looking for Logistics Assistant is to work as part of the logistics team, managing all responsibilities related to supply, warehouses, and fleet as well as dispatching of goods.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

• Bachelor (BA) Degree from a recognised university/college in supply and logistics Management or any other areas that can bring an added value to the post.
• Relevant Supply and logistics management experience of 2 – 3 years, in an international NGO like Oxfam.
• Ability to adjust to constantly changing situations while maintaining focus on delivery and follow-through supply and logistics requirements.
• Able to work with little supervision, being innovative and use initiative to a good degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to work in a wide variety of cultural contexts.
• Experience and training of supply and logistics management system soft wares.
• Technical skills of fleet management software/system like TrackPoint and GPS.
• Data management and reporting skills
• Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications including word-processing (Word) and Excel.
• Sympathy with the aims and objectives of Oxfam
• Commitment to humanitarian principles and action
