Women Empowerment-Action (WE-Action) is an indigenous non- political, non- religious, non-profit, humanitarian and development-oriented organization working in Ethiopia to the improvement of the social, economic, and physical well-being of the poor women in particular and the community in general. Currently the organization is operating in four regions SNNPR, Oromia, and Amhara National Regional States and Tigray Region.

The Procurement and Financial Documentation Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services within budget. This role also ensures proper documentation and record-keeping of all transactions related to procurement activities, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The position holder is also responsible for preparation of financial documents. 02. Terms of Reference (ToR) for a Baseline Study for a comprehensive health and resilience response in Tigray and Amhara

This ToR outlines the requirements for a consultancy to conduct a baseline study for the project ” Humanitarian Strategy in Conflict Contexts in Tigray and Amhara: Health, Rights, and Resilience to SGBV with a Gender and Triple Nexus Approach,” financed by the Agencia Vasca de Cooperación y Solidaridad (AVCS) and implemented by Women Empowerment Action (WE-Action) in partnership with the INGO Farmacéuticos Mundi (Farmamundi).
