Invitation to Bid: Supply of Laptop Computer

Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS–Ethiopia) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery Laptop Computer for office use.

Background

HRNS-Ethiopia (Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia) is a development organization dedicated to empowering smallholder farming communities, primarily focusing on sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and improving livelihoods. As part of the global HRNS network, the Ethiopia office works closely with coffee farmers and other agricultural producers to enhance their productivity, market access, and resilience against climate challenges

HRNS–Ethiopia intends to procure reliable ICT equipment to support its administrative and program operations. The equipment will be used for productivity applications, reporting, communication, and document processing within the organization’s office environment.

Qualified suppliers are invited to submit bids that meet the minimum technical specifications outlined below.

Procurement will consist of the following items: 1 Laptop Computer

Technical Specifications

General Requirements

• All equipment must be brand new and unused.
• Products must be supplied in original manufacturer packaging.
• Suppliers must provide official warranty documentation.
• Delivery must include installation and configuration support if required.
• Equipment must comply with international quality and safety standards.

Bid Submission Requirements

Interested and qualified suppliers must submit:

• Company profile with relevant experience in ICT equipment supply
• Copy of valid business license and registration certificate
• TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate
• Technical proposal demonstrating compliance with specifications
• Financial quotation including VAT and delivery costs
• 2% BID bond CPO.
