Position description 

The HR manager is responsible for managing human resources activities of the company. This role is critical in ensuring a productive, effective, and legally compliant workplace, supporting both employees and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
• Prepare and manage the HR and administration budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
