Position Description

The finance and administration director is responsible for managing financial, human resource, and administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to

Oversee daily administration & Finance department operations.
Collaborate with finance Manager to maintain operation accounts with responsibility for developing and modifying budget.
Develop and implement finance policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
Responsible for all operations related to finance, human resource, procurement and administration.
Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Salary: Negotiable but Attractive

About You

Required Qualifications and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, public finance management, business administration, public administration, management, economics or other relevant field.
Master’s degree and or relevant certifications is advantageous
At least 6 years of proven experience as finance and administration or similar role
Excellent experience of computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint, MS word and so on
Experience of general administration work.
Strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in team situations.
Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
