Job Description

The enterprise network and collaboration manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the company’s or client’s network infrastructure and collaboration tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in networking technologies, collaboration platforms, and project management.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead the pre-sales process for enterprise network and collaboration solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversees the deployment and management of collaboration.
• Evaluate and recommend new collaboration technologies that align with business goals.
• Provide training and support to employees on the effective use of collaboration.
• Develop and propose strategic plans for network infrastructures and collaboration initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to network upgrades, system integrations, and collaboration tool implementations.
• Supervise a team of network engineers and collaboration specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
