Position Description

The marketing team lead will lead and coordinate the marketing efforts of the organization, overseeing Branding, and digital marketing team. The role involves developing strategic marketing plans, managing the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and driving initiative that support the company’s overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of internal and external client-based marketing
• Develop and initiate a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the business objectives
• Define marketing goals and performance metrics to track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop marketing strategies and follow-up with trending ideas
• Quality check deliverables and ensure consistent representation across all channels
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Manage marketing budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
• Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional content, and email campaigns.
• Coach and mentor new team members
