Position Title: Excursion Coordinator / Service Provider
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Reports To: EAPN On-Ground Coordinator
Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Excursion Coordinator to organize and manage field visits during the conference.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop excursion routes.
Coordinate site visits and travel logistics.
Manage transportation and guides.
Facilitate participant movement during field visits.
Ensure smooth implementation of all excursion activities.

Deliverables

Three organized excursion itineraries.
Verified site arrangements and route management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in travel coordination and event management.
Knowledge of Addis Ababa sites and institutions.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
