Position Title: Excursion Coordinator / Service Provider
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Reports To: EAPN On-Ground Coordinator
Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Excursion Coordinator to organize and manage field visits during the conference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop excursion routes.
  • Coordinate site visits and travel logistics.
  • Manage transportation and guides.
  • Facilitate participant movement during field visits.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of all excursion activities.

Deliverables

  • Three organized excursion itineraries.
  • Verified site arrangements and route management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in travel coordination and event management.
  • Knowledge of Addis Ababa sites and institutions.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
