Consultancy service on Video Production- Result-Focused Video Production for LIWAY – MSE System

Job Description

Scope of work

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

Developing a detailed storyboard and script in consultation with the project team.
Filming on location, including interviews, b-roll footage, and activity coverage.
Editing and post-production (colour correction, subtitles, voiceovers, background music, etc.)
Delivering the following outputs:
- 1 short promotional video (2–3 minutes)
- 1 full documentary video (5–6 minutes)
- Disseminating the final video via mainstream media.
- Raw footage and project files

Deliverables

Pre-production plan and script
Filming and photography (as needed)
Draft videos for feedback
Final edited videos in HD format
Plan for Broadcasting on selected Mainstream Media. And an actual broadcasting report.

Raw footage and open files for archiving

About You

Proven experience in professional video production, especially in development or humanitarian projects, with demonstrated ability to produce compelling visual narratives. Experience working with NGOs or donor-funded projects and awareness about a market system development program and its outcomes are also key.

Technical and Financial proposals should be in a separate envelop or separate email. SNV will not be responsible for proposals submitted without indicating title of the assignment on the envelope or subject of the email.
