Job Description

The role of the shift leader is managing daily operations and production flow.

Planning the worker’s shift rotation
Workers’ performance and improvement plan
Daily reporting
Reporting technical concerns to the supervisor
Daily reporting about incidents of the last 24 hours
Perform the production plan for the coming 24 hours.
Make sure the job is handed over properly to the next shift

About You

BSc Degree Dairy technology, food science or related fields

02. Field Sales Representative

Location: Hawassa | Deadline: July 18, 2026

Job Description

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products they request on time.
Visiting clients and potential clients within an assigned sales area to evaluate needs or promote products and services as per management direction.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
Onboard and retain customers, Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

03. Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, with flexibility to travel to other Holland Dairy sites as required

Job Description

The Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to Holland Dairy PLC on a wide range of matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, data privacy, corporate governance, and intellectual property. The role safeguards the company’s legal interests, manages legal risks, represents the company in legal proceedings, oversees corporate legal documentation, and maintains effective relationships with government authorities, regulators, and external legal service providers

Legal Advisory & Risk Management: Provide legal advice and guidance to the General Manager, management, and departments on business operations, legal risks, and compliance matters.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks while monitoring changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.
Contract Management & Legal Documentation: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests and Maintain an effective contract management system, including contract records, renewals, and legal documentation.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Represent Holland Dairy PLC in courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings where required.
Compliance, Governance & Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate governance requirements, and internal policies.
Data Privacy & Legal Awareness: Develop legal awareness initiatives and provide training to employees on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Corporate Affairs & External Relations: Manage relationships with external legal advisors, government institutions, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Legal Function Leadership & Strategic Support: Lead the Legal & Corporate Affairs function, manage external legal service providers, and ensure effective legal operations.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.).
Licensed to practice law in Ethiopia.
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive legal experience.
At least 3 years in an in-house legal or corporate legal environment.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or a multinational organization is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in litigation, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal advisory.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
8+ years FMCG experience.
Strong Route-to-Market and Sales Management experience.
Experience with CRM, ERP and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, project management and capability building skills.
