01. Junior Accountant Receivable

  • Location: Addis Ababa|    Deadline:  June 20, 2026

Job Description

The AR Accountant will manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue reports while building customer relationships that tighten payment times through positive outreach.Record and process account receivables and incoming collections in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Generate accounting statements and reports, sales.
  • Handling DLO Records on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining reconciled scanned files on Teams (DLO, Return documents, Deposit slips)
  • Successful engagement with credit customers over phone calls for cheque collections
  • Posting cheque collections and managing credit customers’ accounts on Peachtree
  • Preparation of cheque collection reports

About You

  • Minimum of BA degree in accounting and finance from a recognized university
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work Understanding of Accounting Rules and procedures

02. Senior Social Media Officer

  • Location: Addis Ababa   |  Deadline: June 22, 2026

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Social Media who will own Holland Dairy’s daily presence on TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin and Telegram. You’ll be responsible for making sure our content reaches the right audience, at the right time, with the right engagement. You’ll also be working closely with our brand ambassadors(influencers), our production agency and our external communication supervisor to bring Holland Dairy’s social media to life.

  • Daily channel management: scheduling and publishing all content across TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram according to the approved content calendar. You are the last pair of hands before content goes live.
  • Hashtag and SEO strategy: researching, testing, and optimising hashtags for each platform. Tracking what works in the Ethiopian social media landscape this changes fast and you need to stay on top of it.
  • Community management: responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms. You are Holland Dairy’s voice in the comments. Tone should be warm, playful, and authentically Ethiopian not corporate. Escalating customer complaints or sensitive messages to the Commercial Director.
  • Paid boosting and advertising: managing paid promotion budgets on Instagram and TikTok. Setting up targeted campaigns, A/B testing creatives, tracking cost-per-engagement and reach. Reporting monthly on spend vs results.
  • Influencer relations: identifying, contacting, and maintaining relationships with relevant Ethiopian influencers and content creators beyond our brand ambassador. Coordinating product seeding (sending free products), negotiating small collaborations, and tracking influencer performance.
  • Performance reporting: producing a monthly social media report covering follower growth, engagement rates, top-performing content, paid campaign results, and competitor activity. Simple and actionable not 50 slides, but the numbers that matter.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years managing social media for a brand or business.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (even small budgets).
  • Familiarity with at least one analytics tool (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
  • Portfolio or examples of accounts you’ve managed with results.
  • Experience in FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Photography skills.
  • Experience with Telegram marketing and community building.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing in Ethiopia.

03. FP&A Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The role will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving financial visibility across the business.

The ideal candidate should possess strong financial modeling skills, business understanding, and the ability to work closely with operational departments to provide meaningful financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast.
  • Analyze financial variances and provide explanations and recommendations.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring.
  • Provide market trend insights (Inflation, forex exposures , other key factors)

Financial Analysis

  • Conduct profitability, cost, and margin analysis.
  • Analyze operational and financial KPIs.
  • Support scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis for strategic projects.

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly management reports , Long term cash flow and presentations.
  • Prepare weekly short term cash flow statements
  • Prepare monthly long term cash flow statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
  • Support preparation of board and shareholder reporting materials.

Business Support

  • Partner with departments to support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Initiate and lead SG&A cost saving initiatives
  • Assist in pricing, product profitability, and business case analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & finance, or Economics.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage.

04. Accounting Manager

  • Location: Addis Ababa   |    Deadline: June 30, 2026

Job Description

The Accounting Manager will oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and compliance with applicable standards and internal policies. This role will manage accounts payable (creditors), accounts receivable, and other tasks signed by immediate supervisor, and will play a key role in the month-end closing process and preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are posted on time.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, IFRS , tax regulations, and internal policies.

2. Accounts Payable (Creditors)

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice review, posting, and payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor accounts.
  • Monitor and manage vendor contracts, payment terms, and aging balances.
  • Review and approve payment and ensure alignment with cash flow planning
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to validate GRNs and resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure 3 way matching is always maintained.
  • Ensure proper accruals for unpaid expenses and vendor liabilities at month-end.
  • Follow up and monitor goods-in-transit (GIT) purchases to ensure timely receipt and proper accounting treatment.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.

3. Accounts Receivable

  • Oversee customer invoicing and collections process.
  • Monitor receivables aging and follow up with sales and customers on overdue balances.
  • Ensure proper revenue recognition and bad debt provisioning.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations between customer subledger and general ledger.
  • Implement and monitor credit control procedures in line with company policy.
  • Work closely with the commercial/sales team to resolve disputes, claims, or deductions.

4. Team Management & Internal Controls

  • Supervise, guide, and develop the accounting team.
  • Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Description

This role serves as the initial point of contact for milk arriving at the MCP and is responsible for coordinating efforts, performing quality testing, and ensuring that processes are properly executed with appropriate documentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Test raw milk quality for acceptance
  • Provide advice for farmer on handling of milk
  • maintain legal compliance

  • Ensure Milk cooling facility run smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain record of Daily quality and Quantity of milk collected.

About You

  • Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Postharvest technology, Food Process Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, Dairy Technology and Applied Chemistry.
  • Experience minimum 2 years work experience in Milk quality control and collection.
  • have a proven experience in milk testing and collection.
  • Strong work ethic, willing to work long hours during busy season.

06. Dairy Development Extension Lead

Job Description

The Dairy Development Extension Lead is responsible to build and lead extension activities with farmers and cooperatives, strengthening raw milk supply through farmer engagement, quality improvement, and long-term supplier development.

  • Lead and manage extension officers (Farm Advisors and Milk Mappers)
  • Drive improvements in hygiene, feeding, housing, and animal health
  • Increase daily milk inflow by recruiting and developing farmers, cooperatives, and suppliers
  • Build relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and local government
  • Set priorities for field activities
  • Oversee data collection and milk mapping

Education:

  • BSc in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Extension

Job Description

The role of the Farm Advisor & Trainer is to improve the productivity and efficiency of milk producers, and to enhance general animal husbandry practices, milk quality, and farmers’ incomes through hands-on advisory services, training, and technical support.

  • Improve milk yield and quality by Providing onsite coaching on feeding, hygiene, animal health, breeding, and housing.
  • Deliver structured training programs and Conduct individual and group on the job training and demonstrations
  • Support implementation of milk quality standards by training farmers on proper handling and storage
  • Collect farm-level data (yield, herd size, feed usage)
  • Work with cooperatives, MCP operators, and partners
  • Support rollout of development projects and Monitor project performance

About You

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in animal/dairy/veterinary science or any other agricultural related fields with relevant experience.

Job Description

The milk mapper is responsible to identify new or existing milk potential areas, map and analyze milk supply potential, and sourcing expansion.

  • Conduct surveys to identify milk-producing areas
  • Collect data on herd size, productivity, feeding, and infrastructure
  • Identify and assess new MCP locations
  • Map routes and distances and Identify constraints (road, security, time)
  • Engage farmers, cooperatives, and authorities
  • Prepare reports, maps, and recommendations

About You

Education:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s in agriculture, statistics, agribusiness
