01. Capex Engineer

  • Location: Bishoftu     |    Deadline: May 15, 2026

Job Description

 

The Capex Engineer will work on all expansions and technical improvements across the factory, milk collection points and warehouses. Some examples can be the construction of a new production hall including machinery, calculating the required size of a new warehouse (and building it), upgrading milk collection points in rural areas or upgrading utilities such as generators and transformers. He/she will work closely with local contractors and select and manage international suppliers where needed.

  • Develop, design and implement technical investment project plans and Translate company needs into technical scope and drawings, prepare BOQs and technical specifications, and SOP updates.
  • Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and utilities works with the highest safety standards
  • Verify contractor quality on site and approve installations before commissioning
  • Lead construction on a day-to-day basis including managing sub-contractors and maintaining the highest safety standards
  • Monitor budgets, planning and resources across multiple projects
  • Lead commissioning and startup efforts, providing hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving support to ensure a smooth transition to operational ownership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to process efficiency, capacity expansion, and cost reduction.

About You

  • Minimum a bachelor’s in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical etc.)
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is a plus (GMP, HACCP, FDA)
  • Familiarity with utilities systems (Generator, refrigeration, compressed air, water systems)
  • A fast learner who embraces new challenges and can distinguish priorities

02. Talent Acquisition & Career Development Specialist

The Talent Acquisition & Career Development Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment while simultaneously designing and implementing employee career pathing and development programs. This role bridges the gap between hiring top talent and retaining them through structured growth opportunities.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for departments.
  • Verify alignment with departmental planned Full-Time Equivalent (FTE).
  • Perform digital sourcing using various platforms.
  • Maintain and update the careers site on the company website in a timely manner.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies to source top talent for key roles.
  • Ensure fast and efficient recruitment processes.

About You

03. Senior Inventory Controller

  • Location: Addis Ababa   |  Deadline: April 16, 2026

Job Description

The Senior Inventory Controller will oversee inventory management activities, including tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvement. The role requires a proactive professional who can maintain accurate inventory records, minimize losses, and collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams.

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels for all raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all inventory movements and reconciliations.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce discrepancies.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related function.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software (preferably Microsoft Business Central or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in the FMCG or dairy industry is a plus.

04. Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves organizing and coordinating office activities, managing schedules, assisting with communication, and supporting the management team of Holland Dairy with various activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team/MT Team by managing schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage hotel bookings and flight reservations for management and staff.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are aligned with company policies, including transportation and accommodations and Liaise with hotels, airlines, and transport companies to secure the best rates.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events and meetings in line with HR Team.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports and invoices.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Atleast 3 yrs Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

05. HR Coordinator

Job Description

  • Culture & Engagement Execution: Execute planned employee engagement and morale-boosting initiatives (e.g., team building, recognition programs) and Coordinate all logistics
  • Training & Development Coordination: Coordinate all training programs: manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and preparation of materials and track employee training participation and maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Support the end-to-end recruitment process: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and prepare offer letters upon approval.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate a welcoming and comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
  • Coordinate and deliver orientation sessions regarding company culture, policies, and administrative procedures.
  • HR Administrative Support Update and maintain employee master data in the HRIS, ensuring high levels of accuracy. Process HR movements (joiners, leavers, promotions) in the system and support the HR Officer with payroll input.

About You

Education:

06. Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The General Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, painting, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. This includes carrying out regular maintenance tasks, diagnosing and fixing issues, replacing parts when needed, and ensuring all equipment operates at optimal performance.

  • Perform high-quality welding work (stainless steel welding is an advantage)
  • Carry out small repairs using cement, metal, and wood
  • Conduct basic plumbing work and fix leaks or blockages
  • Carry out basic electrical work, such as replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures and troubleshooting simple faults
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on workshop machinery
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members

About You

  • TVET/ Level IV or Diploma

07. FG Warehouse Lead

Job Description

The FG Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance

  • The FG warehouse lead is also accountable for optimizing people, processes, and technology to meet key performance indicators.
  • Train, coach and mentor Storekeepers, forklift operator, reach truck operators and Helpers.
  • Lead operation.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of the ERP system and actual stock balance.
  • develop strong relationships with Distribution, sales, Agent crew and Addis warehouse team. § Set warehouse working hours jointly with sales and distribution team and implement.
  • Works towards innovating ways of increasing safety in the workplace when doing his/her work.

Qualification

  • BA degree in accounting and finance, Logistics and Supply Chain or related field of study from a recognized university.
  • More than 6 years’ experience in FMCG sector, out of which 3 years in managerial or supervisor role
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures (Order to Cash)
