Job Description

  • The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves organizing and coordinating office activities, managing schedules, assisting with communication, and supporting the management team of Holland Dairy with various activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team/MT Team by managing schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and assist with meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Manage hotel bookings and flight reservations for management and staff.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are aligned with company policies, including transportation and accommodations.

  • The Technical manager is responsible for managing, directing, and installing all preventive and corrective technical activities within the different locations of Holland Dairy PLC.
  • Responsible for project management of technical expansions, from civil works until establishing a maintenance plan.

  • Structure, Control and replenish the stock of wear and spare parts.
  • SOP & ISO implementation
  • Create and follow maintenance plans for machines, utilities and buildings.

  • Reports about technical condition and risks in the factory.
  • Manage expansion projects with different suppliers, including quotation, planning, technical calculations and creating manuals and maintenance plans.

04. Payroll Specialist

Payroll Processing & Administration

  • Process semi-monthly or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update the payroll system with employee information, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and bank details.
  • Calculate and process final settlements for resigning employees.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed correctly and in compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and submit all statutory payments (PAYE, Pension, etc.) to the relevant authorities by the due dates.

05. Production Line Supervisor (2 Positions)

  • The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling all production activities on the milk processing and packaging line.
  • The role supports the shift leader in ensuring that daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required quality and food safety standards.
  • This position focuses on managing people, machines, and materials to maintain smooth and continuous production operations.
  • Supervise all line activities to ensure production follows the daily plan.
  • Confirm availability of raw materials and packaging materials before start-up.
  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly report faults, stoppages, or abnormalities.
  • Ensure accurate and complete recording of daily production data (output, downtime, waste, etc.).
  • Support efficient line changeovers and cleaning between product types.
