Call for Proposals: Stationary Services Framework

Youth Network for Sustainable Development (YNSD) is a non-governmental, non-profit indigenous organization established in 2003 by four school clubs and fifteen youth associations. Currently, YNSD serves as an umbrella network for more than 1,000 youth organizations and associations at the national level.

YNSD’s mission is to contribute to sustainable development by promoting partnerships, strengthening networks, and building the capacity of its member organizations. Its vision is to see Ethiopian youth holistically empowered and meaningfully engaged in all aspects of the country’s sustainable development.

The organization implements a wide range of programs, including youth and women empowerment, Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and HIV/AIDS, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), environmental sustainability, advocacy, WASH, and other emerging development issues.

To support its operational and programmatic activities across various locations, YNSD invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for a Stationary Service framework.

1. Objective

The objective of this call is to establish a 12-month framework agreement with a reliable and competent Stationary service provider to ensure the continuous availability of quality stationery supplies service for the organization.

2. Scope of Services

The stationery service provider shall supply, deliver, and manage the following items:

• Office stationery (pens, pencils, markers, notebooks, paper, etc.)
• Printing and photocopying materials
• Toner and ink cartridges
• Filing and storage supplies
• Other related office consumables as required

3. Responsibilities

The service provider shall:

• Procure and deliver stationery items as per the specifications and quantities requested
• Maintain stock levels and inform the organization of upcoming needs
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery
• Keep records of supplies dispatched and received
• Provide invoices and receipts for supplies supplied

4. Contract Duration & Pricing Structure

The agreement will be valid for 12 months, with clear and competitive pricing:

• Price rate: the fixed price rate of office supplies.

5. Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must:

• Be a legally registered entity with a valid business license
• Have a minimum of 1year experience in stationary service

• Copies of legal registration and licenses
• Company profile and relevant experience
• List and specifications of available supplies
• Financial proposal with detailed pricing
