About the Job
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
- Organize and update filing systems for documents, reports, contracts and presentations.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for management when required.
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Track and manage office supplies, ensuring necessary inventory is available.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and executive engagements.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Represent the executive in a professional and polished manner.
- Handle sensitive company and executive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.
