Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate sales leads, and strengthen the company’s market position in the metal door manufacturing industry. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing promotional activities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure market needs are met effectively and competitively.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare annual marketing budgets and oversee marketing expenditures. Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

About You

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations for Sequoia Consultancy & Advisory PLC, including consultancy and client training services. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, cost management, and strategic financial guidance to support business growth, project profitability, and sustainable operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide overall leadership and direction to finance managers, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Establish and implement financial frameworks to support new business ventures, consultancy projects, and training programs.
  • Monitor the financial performance of all units, with a strong focus on ROI and long-term sustainability.
  • Support finance teams in resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee preparation of accurate quarterly, monthly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure all tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain adherence to Ethiopian accounting standards and IFRS.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
  • Lead the development of company-wide budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • 5 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in consultancy, advisory, or client-facing service organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian accounting standards, IFRS, taxation, and financial regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Experience with financial systems, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
