DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle and coordinate seamless onboarding for new employees.
- Interviews: Standardize candidate interview formats for fair assessment and conduct exit interviews to gather actionable feedback.
- Performance Management: Set, track, and evaluate monthly employee KPIs and performance reports with department managers.
- Training & Development: Conduct skill gap assessments and implement internal and external training programs to support employee growth.
- SOP Development: Create, maintain, and refine HR Standard Operating Procedures to align with best practices.

Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is currently seeking a qualified Warehouse Head on behalf of our esteemed client within the manufacturing sector.
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Head who is responsible for managing different stores maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. In addition, he is responsible for securing the warehouse as well as supervising staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regular inspection of warehouse layout, i.e. arrangement of the materials in the store and its operation, materials handling and documentation in the division. Give Logistical support in every direction whenever needed and check and verify documents that come out of the division.
- Organizes, directs and controls the flow and transfer of raw materials and finished goods from stores and controls the dispatch of sold goods from stores to customers in an efficient and effective way in order to minimize the overall warehousing and supply of the company and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Plan, analyze, execute and monitor management policies, SOPs, hire promote, transfer, and suspend and layoff employee or take disciplinary measure against employee.
- Ensures that clear understanding of the company’s policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these;
- Ensures reserved items and updated stock balance are submitted to sales division and showrooms on daily bases.
- Responsible for receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, and also coordinate and monitoring the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
- Ensures that there is smooth flow of relevant information to all subordinates and creates team work within and among sections.

We are seeking a proactive Senior Accountant who is responsible for managing Under the supervision of the Chief accountant, performs tasks related to verification of documents and prepares documents for closing or interim statements and preparation of financial statements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checks correctness of cheques, payment vouchers and all journal vouchers including accounts coding before approval.
- Check the correctness and the proper approval of credit sales invoices; code them in the appropriate journal.
- Checks the correctness of cash sales invoices, cashes receipts and their corresponding bank deposit slips, codes them and records them in the appropriate journal.
- Checks and verifies the correctness of approved petty cash payment vouchers and accounts coding.
- Checks the subsidiary ledger balances are in agreement with general ledger balances.
- Checks and record check payments.
- Prepare & submit monthly accounts status, customers & suppliers statements of accounts and respective reconciliation reports.
- Provide assistance for internal & external auditors.
- Checks the correctness of WIP flow data before it is posted to Peachtree.
- Closely support the chief accountant in the preparation of monthly and yearly draft financial statements.
- Follow up the timely settlement of store, office rents and other contractual obligations.
- Follow up the timely collection of rental income of office rents and other contractual agreements.
REQUIREMENT
- Education: BA Degree in accounting and finance from recognized university

04. Finance Section Head

We are seeking a proactive Finance Section Head who is responsible for managing the general accounts of the Company for its Business lines of Real State and Transport and thus developing financial strategies, policies and procedures related with the business lines. It also plays a key role in cost accounts of real estate and transport related business of the Company and further investment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
- Manage the General Ledger, ensuring all journal entries, accruals, and prepayments are accurately recorded and justified.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and present clear, actionable reports to senior management to drive cost-saving initiatives and profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian Ministry of Revenues (MoR) regulations, including the accurate and timely filing of VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, fringe benefit tax, and annual corporate income tax declarations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inspections.
- Develop, implement, and enforce robust financial policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal controls to safeguard company assets
REQUIREMENT
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
- 6 to 8 years of progressive, hands-on experience in finance and accounting.
- Must have at least 3 to 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role specifically within a manufacturing, agro-processing, or real estate/construction company.
