Finn Church Aid (FCA) Ethiopia is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to participate in a competitive tender for the procurement of laptops. FCA Ethiopia invites interested service providores to submit their bids in accordance with the tender dossier and its annexes.

Scope of Services

The service provider will be expected to capture compelling and contextually accurate content that reflects DICE’s mission, values, and the impact of its work. This includes producing visual stories and media assets that can be used across multiple platforms including websites, social media, presentations, and publications

Tender Dossier & Tender Submission

Interested service provider can obtain the Terms of Reference (ToR) and Price Offer Sheet by contacting FCA Ethiopia at. procurement.etco@kua.fi All inquiries regarding this tender must be made through the same email address.

Candidates must send their Technical and Financial offers in a separate PDF file via email to: tenders.etco@kua.fi, no later than the deadline as mentioned above. Any tenders received after the deadline will not be considered. Interested bidders should write to the email above to receive the complete tender dossier. Candidates must put ‘’2025-43-DICE Visual and Sound Recording Services’’ in the subject line of their emails when submitting their offers.

No tender may be changed or withdrawn after the deadline has passed.

The candidate shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the offer and the Contracting Authority will in no case be responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the procurement process.
