Job Description
Employee Contract Type: Local – Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term)
TSFP Facilitators support Health Extension Workers to commence TSFP distributions, development of Joint distribution plan and dispatching of TSFP commodities in close coordination with Storekeepers and TSFP officers.
TSFP facilitators also responsible for proper documentation and recording of Waybills, Beneficiary lists, screening data and Beneficiaries reached and kebele approval formats. Work closely with cluster health center and HPs for proper selection of FDPs and FDAs for smooth implementation of TSFP program.
- In some cases, this involves engaging with communities, conducting needs assessments, and building capacity.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, build relationships, and coordinate activities.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Joint TSFP distribution planning and community mobilization at facilities and community level
- TSFP Commodity planning and dispatching to FDPs and HPs as per the distribution plan
- Proper Documentation, recording and reporting of TSFP distribution documents
- Community mobilization and active case finding, detection and screening activities
Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification.
- BSc degree in Public Health/ Clinical Nursing/Nutrition and related health field of study preferred from accredited universities or health colleges
Certificates on:
1. Acute malnutrition 2019 revised guideline training
2. Revised 2019 IMAM guideline, and IYCF-E training
3. Integrated Pharmaceuticals Logistics System (IPLS)
4. Trained on Family MUAC approach and TSFP/MAM
Required Profession of 1-3 Years of experience
