Trainers, Co-Trainers, and Master of Ceremony for the CV-ET 302/MTC Project

Job Description

Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR) is seeking experienced trainers, co-trainers, and master of ceremonies (MCs) to support the CV-ET 302/MTC Project, a commemorative initiative dedicated to youth empowerment, leadership, education, and social inclusion. This project fosters community-led developmentresilience-building, and capacity enhancement through structured training programs that engage diverse stakeholders.

CPAR is bringing together skilled professionals to contribute to training delivery, facilitation, and event moderation. We are currently looking for qualified trainers, co-trainers, and MCs who meet the following requirements:

Trainers Must Posses the following

  • Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Gender Studies, Journalism & Communication, Agriculture, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in training adolescents and youth.
  • Expertise: Social inclusion, gender, volunteering, leadership, soft skills, Mental Health and Psycho-social Support (MHPSS), Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), media literacy, environmental protection, and personal development.
  • Certifications: Master ToT/TOT in relevant areas; valid license, TIN certificate, TOT/VAT registration required.
  • Availability: Mobilize within 24-48 hours’ notice and attend a full-day orientation prior to training (payment made on the actual delivery dates only).
  • Responsibilities: Provide daily updates, submit a final report using the provided template, and collaborate with a co-trainer (max 30 students per session).
  • Payment Terms: All government taxes will be applied

About You

Co-Trainer Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any of the listed fields above.
  • Experience: Practical training experience in relevant topics.
  • Certifications: No license/TIN/TOT/VAT registration required.

MC Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Strong public speaking, event hosting, and audience engagement skills.
  • Expertise: Ability to moderate discussions, engage diverse audiences, facilitate events, and ensure smooth delivery of sessions. Prior experience in community leadership, youth engagement, and volunteer initiatives is preferred.
  • Availability: Must attend the orientation prior to the event, be prepared for short-notice mobilization, and maintain professional event management skills.

Master of Ceremony “MC” Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Strong public speaking, event hosting, and audience engagement skills.
  • Expertise: Ability to moderate discussions, engage diverse audiences, facilitate events, and ensure smooth delivery of the events. Prior experience in community leadership, youth engagement, and volunteer initiatives is preferred, experience on event handling with VVIPs (Ambassadors, government higher officials, donor etc is highly desirable(Please attached proof of service letter/certificate
  • Availability: Must attend orientation prior to the event, be prepared for short-notice mobilization, and maintain professional event management skills.
