SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with consulting firms that undertake mapping of protection & reintegration services and formative assessment of parenting practices.

Therefore, interested consultancy firms that have experience in the sector are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service. The detailed criteria are included in the TOR.

The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:

Clearly establish an understanding of the services required and separate out activities according to the TOR.
Technical documents requested in the TOR.
Financial proposal broken down by activities/deliverables, and technical proposal,
Renewed Business license for the fiscal year
VAT certificate
Tin certificate
Sample of past work: applicants are requested to submit links to websites developed and designed to demonstrate the experiences required by this Terms of Reference.

Both technical documents must be submitted in a soft copy and financial proposals must be submitted in a hard copy format in person to the address specified below. the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The tender must be submitted to SCI by October 22, 2025.
