SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with individual Consultant that Performance of the Ethiopia Education Cluster (EEC).

Therefore, interested individual Consultant that have experience in the sector are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service. The detail criteria are included in the TOR.

Guidance on submission of Proposals:

The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:

• Technical Document must be submitted via the following email: ethiopia.bidsubm@savethechildren.org.
• The financial document must be submitted in hard copy to Save the Children Country Office, located behind the Hayat Regency Hotel, in the Sunshine Building (where Illy Café is situated), on the sixth floor.
• A cover letter expressing interest in the services and briefly stating which package is being applied for. (Maximum 2 pages)
• All other technical documents requested in the TOR.
