Location: Adama or Bishoftu, Ethiopia
Organization: All God’s Children International (AGCI)
Deadline: 4 July 2025
Background
All Gods Children International (AGCI) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization, legally registered in Ethiopia since June 2019. AGCI is an orphan care ministry answering God’s call to provide the love and care that every child deserves, and our vision is to empower local leaders to intervene for the millions of children currently living in institutions, creating pathways to faith, family, and independence because no child should be alone. As the world’s leading child advocacy and trauma disruptor organization, we advocate for vulnerable children and family worldwide. Our efforts focus on dismantling trauma, unlocking new futures, and ultimately emptying institutions for good.
In Ethiopia we operate across four key areas: Addis Ababa, Gambella, Tigray, and Oromia. In Addis Ababa, we manage multiple facilities in the Lebu and Jemo areas, with project agreements focused on Child reunification and Family preservation through sponsorship. And in the remained three areas our intervention is mainly on family preservation through sponsorship.
AGCI Ethiopia has 45 permanent staff members, including support personnel, and is committed to enhancing staff well-being and fostering professional development. As part of our commitment to employee wellbeing, we are planning an annual work-life balance training session for our employees. AGCI Ethiopia seeks to engage a qualified resource person to conduct a one-day training session focused on work-life balance with the aim of equipping our staff with practical skills and strategies to manage their work and personal lives effectively, ultimately enhancing their well-being and productivity.
