Terms of Reference (TOR) / Call for Training Partners for training in coffee skills, coffee hospitality and soft skills related to work readiness and basic entrepreneurship

Caritas Switzerland (CACH) is a registered international humanitarian organization that has been supporting various programs in Ethiopia since 1974. With a major focus on climate, income, migration, and humanitarian aid, CACH is seeking to hire a qualified consultancy firm on a competitive basis in accordance with the terms and conditions illustrated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) prepared for this consultancy service.

The objective of the training is to identify and partner with accredited training providers who can deliver certified high quality and practical skills trainings in the coffee sector.

The successful bidder for this training will have extensive experience and track record of carrying out this kind in Ethiopia. The bidder will take the lead but will have CACH as a partner who will be involved in all aspects of the activities.

CACH reserves the right to fully or partially cancel this bid for consultancy services.

A complete application should consist of a technical proposal, financial proposal, a detailed CVs of key people working on/implementing the TOR, Company information/registration and references of similar works done. A financial offer with a detailed cost breakdown should be included.

The applicant should have renewed training license.
