Role Summary
Pharo School Homosha is more than just a place of learning—t’s a hub of innovation, inclusion, and inspiration. We are looking storekeeper for will be responsible for the efficient management of store operations at Homosha Boarding School. This includes overseeing the receipt, handling, storage, and issuance of goods and materials, ensuring compliance with the Pharo Foundation’s store management and operational manuals while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt and Handling: Manage the receiving and handling of all goods and items for the foundation to ensure accurate inventory control.
- Storage Coordination: Coordinate and supervise the offloading, stacking, and appropriate use of storage space for incoming goods.
- Space Utilization: Ensure optimal warehouse storage space utilization based on the type of items/materials and their accessibility.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain all warehouse documents, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Stock Issue Vouchers (SIV), ensuring they are accurate and timely. Maintain up-to-date records, including bin cards.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile warehouse records with physical materials and provide status reports and other documentation as requested.
- Fixed Asset Registration: Ensure proper registration, recording, and labeling of fixed assets, updating custodians and asset records as necessary.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, employing proper techniques to ensure smooth operations.
- Incident Reporting: Report all accidents and incidents within the specified timeframe and manage the disposal of obsolete materials.
- Material Management: Handle material supplies in accordance with the Pharo Foundation’s material management/operational manual.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and perform any other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience in working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or other inventory management systems.
- Proficient in basic inventory software and Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of store management techniques and inventory management principles.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
- Good communication skills
