Software Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Project Manager to lead and manage our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery. You will collaborate with our Product Owner, Developers, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer and Software Implementors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

You will oversee the release of existing products, plan post-release iterations, and spearhead the development of new software solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field
2. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Project Manager
3. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
4. Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, etc
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
7. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
