Social Media Manager /Intern Position

About the Role:

While this is an unpaid position, the intern will have high probability of permanent employee/future paid opportunities within the organization. As our Social Media Manager/Intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy. You will create engaging content, build our online community, and increase our brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our company goals.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a passion for creating engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic graphic design skills (preferred, but not required).
