Location: Debre Zeit, Joytech Farm (near Debre Zeit new train station)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors
• Prepare Purchase Order (PO) including necessary information on material/asset code, specification, quantity, price, delivery date, payment and vendor contact details.
• Compare and evaluate offers from Suppliers
• Track orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Receive and inspect goods/services according to PO specifications and that all goods are in good condition. Ensure Good Delivery/Receiving Note (GRN) is issued and signed.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on Purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Report periodically as specified by direct manager

Job Requirements:

• B.A. Degree in logistics and supply chain Management, management, business management, accounting or related business fields with a minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in similar position.
• Thorough knowledge of spoken and written English (MUST)
• Strong Microsoft office skills (MUST)
• Strong learning culture and positive attitude
• Strong Negotiation skills

• Self-initiator with high degree of self-management
• experience in ERP system is preferable
