International Cargo and Aviation Services PLC (ICAS) would like to invite interested and qualified candidates for the following vacant positions:

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards,
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records,
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of tax payments/refunds and compliance with regulatory requirements,
• Lead internal audits and liaise with external auditors,
• Supervise junior accounting staffs and support their professional growth.

Language:

• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from a recognized university or college.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree…)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and other relevant accounting principles,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in accounting & finance with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role, preferably in the aviation sector.
