REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – CONSULTANCY SERVICES – Nutrition Education program specifically designed for workers in Ethiopian industrial parks.

About You

1. Locally Registered consultancy firm with proven experts in behavioral change material development and delivery Team composition of Nutritionists/public health professionals, Social psychology experts, creative workers etc. with robust experience in national development and public health nutrition.
2. Bidders are invited to collect the biding document from GAIN-Ethiopia Office located at Bole Sub-City, behind the Embassy of Rwanda in front of Ayer Amba High School HGS Offices 3rd Floor, Starting from Wednesday  December 18, 2024.
3. The Bidders must be presented the copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders must submit 2% of the offer as bid bond through bank guarantee or Cash Payment Order (CPO) up on submission of your document the bid security validity period shall be 120 days starts from the date of Bid submission deadline.
5. The Bid price validity shall be 90 days.
6. Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in Separate envelopes,
7. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before December 30, 2024, at 16:00 local time at the place mentioned under No.2 above.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No.1 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
9.  The GAIN reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
