Job Summary

Brooke is an international charity dedicated to protecting and improving the lives of horses, donkeys, and mules, enabling people in the developing world to work their way out of poverty. The organization operates globally in Africa (Senegal, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Somaliland, South Sudan, and Ethiopia), Asia (India and Pakistan), and Latin America and the Caribbean in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Dominican Republic. The Global Policy and Advocacy program is being implemented across all country programs, and the evaluation will encompass the entirety of these initiatives.

You are hereby invited to submit your costed proposal for the contract which Brooke expects to award in this regard. We should like to draw your attention to the following procedures established by our organization for selecting a firm for performing this task on behalf of Brooke.

Procedure

Firms or evaluators are being invited to submit technical and financial proposals and Brooke intends to award the contract to the firm or evaluator evaluated as being the most advantageous and the best value to Brooke. “Best value” is defined as a price that is commensurate with the benefits envisaged in the technical proposals, assessed based on Brooke criteria used to evaluate the bids, in its own interest.

In submitting your costed proposal, it is expected that you will take into account all aspects relevant to this request for proposal and, in general, will have obtained all necessary data and necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect your proposal.

Your costed proposal, prepared in the English language, should be submitted in two parts, consisting of the following:

NOTE: ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL WILL INVALIDATE

THE PROPOSAL.

PART B Financial Proposal – Please see Annex 4 for details

Your offer should mention all the relevant taxes and other levies. You are requested to reflect complete bank details including Bank Account Number, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC and SWIFT code.
The proposals shall address all the requirement of this tender and must be submitted in the English language.
