DISTINCT FUTURE OF CVDA
CVDA has been re-registered and licensed by the Ethiopian Ministry of Justice, Charities and Societies Agency, on November 30, 2009 as an Ethiopian Residents charity in accordance with the Charities and Societies proclamation No. 621/2009 with registration No. 0588. As per 1113/2019 proclamation also re-registered on July 30, 2019.
CVDA has permission to work at the national level however so far operates marginal parts of Benshangule Gumuz Region, Sidama region, South Ethiopia Region, Central Ethiopia region, South west Ethiopia region, Oromiya region, Afar region and Addis Ababa City administration.
It is member of Consortium of Reproductive Health Association (CORHA), Union of Ethiopian Women Charitable Association (UEWCA), Ethiopian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative/EEITI/, Ethiopia Civil Society Coalition for Scaling up Nutrition/ECSC-SUN/ and Afar Region Health Partner Forum.

Called HOME-GROWN SCHOOL FEEDING & CLIMATE-RESILIENT LIVELIHOODS PROJECT
Which implemented in Bena Tsemay, Malle and Dasenech Woredas, South Ethiopia. So we want to hire project staff for this project mentioned below

| Reporting line | Reports to: CVDA Programme/Executive Management; works closely with WFP and regional government counterparts. |
| Supervision | Directly supervises project technical officers and coordinates woreda-level implementation teams. |
| Job purpose | Provide overall technical, operational and partnership leadership for the project, ensuring timely, quality and compliant delivery of climate-smart livelihoods, post-harvest management, school garden/nutrition and HGSF market-linkage interventions. |
| Minimum qualifications & experience | MSc in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Rural Development, Agribusiness or a closely related field; preferably 8+ years of progressively responsible experience managing climate-smart livelihood/agriculture programmes in lowland and highland Ethiopia; experience with donor-funded projects and government coordination; strong planning, reporting and team-management skills. |

Approved workplans; coordinated implementation; timely donor reports; supervision records; stakeholder meeting outputs; risk/action trackers; sustainability and handover plan.

Safeguarding and Compliance
All staff are expected to comply with CVDA policies and applicable WFP requirements, including PSEA, Code of Conduct, safeguarding, protection, prevention of fraud and corruption, confidentiality, beneficiary accountability and non-discrimination. Staff must report concerns through established mechanisms.
