Project Store Officer

 

The Project Store Officer supports the management of project stores by handling daily store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper issuance and storage of materials in line with project requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

•     Receive, inspect, and store project materials and equipment.

•     Issue materials based on approved requisitions.

•     Maintain accurate bin cards and stock records.

•     Track inventory movements and update records.

•     Assist in physical stock counts and reconciliations.

•     Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping.

•     Report damaged, missing, or excess materials.

•     Coordinate with site teams and store team lead.

•     Support documentation for audits and project reporting.

•     Other duties as assigned by Washington Healthcare PLC.

Education

•     Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

Prior Work Experience

•     1–2 years of experience in project environments or institutional settings.

Job Knowledge

•     Knowledge of inventory and storekeeping procedures.

•     Familiarity with project materials and equipment handling.

Skills and Abilities

•     Good record-keeping and organizational skills.

•     Basic computer skills (MS Office).

•     Attention to detail and accuracy.
