Program/Project Development & Management Intern

About the Role:

While this is an unpaid position, the intern will have high probability of permanent employee/future paid opportunities within the organization. In addition to this, it offers significant benefits for your professional development. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized

individual to support our program/project development and management efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new programs/projects, from concept to implementation.
• Conduct needs assessments and research to inform program design.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations on program/project status.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Organization’s cause.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management and research software
• Degree in Project management, Social work, Economics, Statistics and any related field
